Your partnership with the "Dental Dreams, LLC - Dental Assisting School" will help train the next generation of culturally competent dentists.
Dr. Buchanan's private practice, Dental Dreams, LLC, serves as a vocational training school and innovation hub for students interested in pursuing dental careers.
In 2022, she launched the “Dental Dreams, LLC - Dental Assisting School” to help combat the dental workforce shortage. Since its inception, the program has trained more than 50 pre-dental students, providing them with economic mobility, hands-on clinical experience, and a direct pathway to become certified dental assistants able to work in dental offices across the state of Georgia.
The innovative curriculum Dr. Buchanan personally developed provides students with clinical shadowing experience, x-ray certification, exposure to dental AI technology, and the standardized test preparation required for the dental admission exam.
